Carl Johan Molander
Martin Nordin Sundberg
Karl Pyk is a management consultant with experience from one of the larger Swedish commercial banks as well as a finance corporation. He has previous experience in sales, both technical B2B and outside B2C, from foreign and domestic markets. Karl is currently on a project for a major commercial bank in Sweden.
When off work, Karl likes learning, especially about cultures, geopolitics and languages. Speaking three already and going for a fourth. A former elite fencer, he likes sports and frequents the gym a lot.
SannaMari is a consultant with a background in banking and financial technology. Prior to joining 421, she has held key roles in operational risk management, including validation and implementation of AML risk models, yearly regulatory reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority and improvement of KYC processes.
In her spare time, SannaMari loves to play and compete in racket sports. With a former career in table tennis, she now mainly tries to improve her padel tennis and tennis.”
Shabnam is a Manager at 421 and has extensive experience in project management role, including complex regulatory projects such as GDPR, as well as risk analyst and resource management roles within the financial sector.
In addition to financial sector, Shabnam has experience of working in two International Organisations (including United Nations) as international consultant, with focus on energy efficiency related projects, event management and strategic planning both in Sweden and in Austria.
During her spare time, Shabnam enjoys doing sports including playing basketball and swimming; spending time with friends and family, and on top of all, travelling around the world.
Richard is a senior consultant and partner at 421 and has a specialization in large scale program and project management within the financial sector.
Prior to joining 421, Richard has held various positions as e.g. senior executive at a global financial software company and line position in a Swedish bank.
When he is not working, you can most often find Richard in a kayak, submerged or on a bike trying to catch-up with his colleagues.
Wady has experienced background within Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing at one of Sweden’s largest bank, primarily within investigations and conduction of risk assessment. He held key roles in designing and implementing control functions, risk management, developing processes and conducting analytical reports for stakeholders and management committees.
Wady has an analytical mindset and is driven by streamlining processes and automatisation of control functions. Furthermore, he developed processes, internal routines, and handbooks within the area to facilitate operations.
Catharina is a high experience consultant at 421 and has an extensive background from leading change projects within the financial industry. She has many years of experience working in global organizations, and an understanding of different delivery models and can take ownership of total deliveries, from pre-study to implementation.
Prior to 421 Catharina had the role as senior project manager in the tech area for one of the largest companies in the capital market.
If Catharina choose herself, she spends her free time with family and friends, gladly over a nice dinner or meeting up for a cultural event. She also loves to travel and hiking out in nature.
Mikael is the Managing Partner at 421 and has been with the company since 2016, when he joined as a senior project manager. He has extensive experience from business development, project management and business transformation in fast moving companies, within areas such as Credit Management, FinTech and M&A, where growth always has been a key factor.
Prior to joining 421, Mikael has held several key positions within some of the largest FinTech start-ups in the Nordics. Most recentl he was part of the start-up team behind Qliro Financial Services as Head of Credit and later Head of New Product Development.
When Mikael is not building 421 into the next generation consultancy is he probably either learning a new sport, spending time with his family and dog or out traveling.
Carl Johan is a Manager at 421 and has a specialization in Project Management and PMO roles within the financial sector. He has gathered experience and developed a profound knowledge about processes within capital markets, operations and retail banking as well as business services.
Prior to joining 421, Carl Johan worked for a Nordic bank and he has held a number of project management roles within IT-implementation projects and process and cost optimization.
At his spare time, Carl Johan enjoys spending time with his family and as a golf enthusiast, he is spending plenty of time at the golf course with friends. Besides that, he has an addiction to alpine skiing and a profound love for racket sports.
Joakim is a senior consultant and partner at 421 with a track record of leading complex change initiatives within the Nordic banking sector. The initiatives often have a group-wide impact in the complex intersection of business, IT and regulations.
Prior to founding 421, Joakim worked as a consultant for a major consultancy firm working out of Madrid and Stockholm.
When he is not working, he enjoys taking an early round of golf with friends or spending time in the archipelago.
Anna has been with 421 since April 2018 as Head of People, with responsibilities such as recruitment, talent management and HR tasks in general.
Previously in her career, Anna worked in various roles within HR, recruitment and consultancy business.
In her spare time, you will find her in the stable or with her husband and dachshund in the woods near the house at Drottningholm.
Madeleine Wigren has a broad background with experience from large global organizations and smaller entrepreneurial environments within industries such as finance and healthcare. Before joining 421, Madeleine was working with wealth management at a Swedish bank.
When not working, Madeleine enjoys sports in all forms, but you will most likely find her on the golf course training or competing at the SGF Senior Tour Ladies 30.
Lars-Gunnar has a background as a management consultant from global consultant organisations with experience of both domestic and international clients. He has primarily been working within the financial service sector in complex transformation projects triggered both from a business and regulatory perspective. LG has a strong interest within the emerging payment industry, and he helped a client to mobilize and drive a new growth program due to the Nordic P27 initiative prior to joining 421.
During his spare time, he is a passionate runner and likes to start his day on the track before getting the daily update on the financial market. He also tries to travel whenever there is time, favourite destination is Spain.
Sebastian Nordli has a background in both fast paced and high growth industry disruptors in the financial sector particularly in asset management. He has experience in working and leading teams, as well as being involved in process development, analysis, financial instruments, analysis of regulatory requirements and AML risk management.
A big part of his spare time is spent on investing and trading financial securities, mainly stocks. A part from trading, Sebastian enjoys football, both playing and watching. Once in a while when there is time he likes travelling to new destinations.
Max is Manager at 421 with a quantitative finance and project management background. Prior to joining 421 Max ran a boutique asset management and consulting firm focused on quantitative investment strategies and outsourced asset allocation frameworks. In addition to overseeing all aspects of the firm's investment related activities, Max was also responsible for the firms consulting engagements.
Outside of work, Max loves to spend time with his friends and family. During the summer months, you will most likely find him on the golf course.
Niklas Schenström is a Manager with background from banking and large global organizations. Prior to joining 421, Niklas was responsible for internal bank at a global consumer goods company and supported the business in tasks involving risk management, process development, regulatory analysis and project management. He also has experience from the Retail and Capital Markets practices at a large bank and has developed a profound knowledge about financial markets and banking.
Niklas is an adventurous person who in his spare time loves traveling around the world experiencing new cultures and cuisines, off-piste skiing and exercising.
Erica Ohlsson has a broad experience from several major banks in Sweden and the Nordics. As a Project Manager and Management Partner, Erica has experience from cross-border project management, communication and strategy. She has also worked in the public sector and her fields of expertise are wealth management, compliance and sustainable finance. Erica is very social and driven and has a passion for sustainability and communication.
When not working, Erica loves skiing in all forms as well as other outdoor sports. She is a yoga instructor and likes to challenge herself and others on the yoga mat.
Emma is a consultant with experience from internal financial processes as well as AML risk management. Prior to joining 421, she was the head of finance and events at a IT-consulting company in Stockholm. Emma also has experience from starting and running her own company in the US as a professional golfer.
On her spare time, she enjoys doing anything outdoorsy and active including hiking, skiing, running, or trying to keep up with her golf game.
Juliana has an experienced background within banking where she has shown many skills. She has worked as a key person whilst developing processes for automating trading of mutual traded funds. In addition, other processes that she preserved were transaction monitoring and external account maintenance in relation to AML/KYC. She made sure to build sustainable processes for future colleagues to have smoother transitions into the tasks. Thus, it was natural for her coordinate her team and ensure accurate and precise knowledge transfers.
Outside of work, Juliana goes into two modes: either she is surrounded with the company of her family and friends enjoying good food, or she is enjoying quality time with herself by doing puzzles, looking for new sneaker releases or watching old school mobster movies.
Helena has a broad background with experience from the financial industry working with several major banks in Sweden and the Nordics. She also has experience from working with large global organizations within automotive, telecom and the public sector. Before joining 421, Helena worked at a global consulting firm specialized within Governance, Internal Control, Compliance and Risk Management.
When not working, Helena loves to spend her time doing outdoor activities such as hiking, running, golfing, or enjoying good food with her friends and family.
Sanna has experience from working in the banking industry and financial industry. Her last position was at the Business Banking department where she worked as a project manager for a project concerning legislative reforms. Prior to that Sanna worked as a business analyst and sales manager in the bank´s Markets department.
During her spare time, Sanna enjoys spending time with her family and travelling to new destinations.
Gustav has experience from the financial industry working with business development and project management within several major banks in Sweden. Additionally, he has experience from other industries such as telecom and e-health. Gustav is thriving when he operates in the area between business and IT.
Prior to joining 421, Gustav worked at a global IT-Management Consulting firm focusing on project management and operational excellence.
During his spare time, Gustav enjoys all kinds of sports and exercise. He has played football on a high level, enjoys spending time in the gym and plays floorball regularly. Besides sports, he likes to spend time with his family and travelling around the world.
Anton has solid experience from the banking and financial sector in Sweden and the Nordics. His areas of expertise are project and change management, business development and process streamlining. Having worked in Nordic company groups both in Sweden and Finland, Anton has experience working in international cross-border and cross-functional settings.
Anton is solution oriented and purpose-driven, with a strong drive to deliver excellent and tangible results. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active with running and powerlifting.
Martin is a senior consultant at 421 with a background in banking & finance.
Prior to joining 421 Martin worked at multiple jobs in the bank sector as data analyst and data scientist. His work included building machine learning models, stochastic processes, automation and ad-hoc data analysis to name a few.
Outside of work, Martin loves to read books, study game theory and travel.
