Elin Fokas–Schuettinger has experience as a Director of Finance & Operations for a Stockholm and New York-based tech start-up. Elin gained first-hand experience around how to transform a start-up into a professional workplace by wearing a number of different hats, as the company grew from 15 to 65 employees. When she is not working, she enjoys to travel and to spend time with her husband and dog, building and renovating their house.
Shabnam Marboot has a background from both banking & International Organisations (including United Nations). She has experience in leading complex multinational business and IT based projects, international resource management, as well as Operational risk analysis. Before joining 421, Shabnam was driving GDPR compliance project at one of the Nordic’s biggest bank. When not working, Shabnam enjoys doing sports, spending time with friends and family, as well as, travelling around the world.
Arash Yari has extensive knowledge of Retail, Wholesale & Capital Markets practice, analysing and delivering wholesale solutions for some of the largest international retail banks in the world. Prior to joining 421, Arash worked in the financial hub London where he worked extensively in the banking sector. In his spare time, Arash enjoys travelling, learning new languages, exercising, and trying new cuisine as a second passion!
Johannes Karlsson has a specialization in project management and PMO roles as well as analytical business analyst roles within the financial sector. Prior to joining 421, Johannes worked as a product owner for a financial product at an innovative and aspiring financial media company in The Netherlands.When he is not working, you can most often find Johannes playing any and every kind of racket sport or contributing to the financial media landscape with articles or podcasts
Madeleine Wigren has a broad background with experience from large global organizations and smaller entrepreneurial environments within industries such as finance and healthcare. Before joining 421, Madeleine was working with Wealth Management at a Swedish bank. When not working, Madeleine enjoy sports in all forms, but you will most likely find her on the golf course training or competing at the SGF Senior Tour Ladies 30.
