421 is growing!

421 has started an exciting autumn this year. 
We are so excited to announce that four new colleagues have joined our team!
.
Daniel Bodin has a background in the banking sector as a change manager with experience in different business areas such as clearing and settlement, credits, as well as cash management in major banks, digital banks and fintech. He has mainly worked with complex transformation projects and product releases instigated from business and regulatory perspectives, such as PSD2, PAD, CSDR, etc.

Daniel has always had a strong interest in the credit sector, and has previously worked with implementation of mortgage products as well as managed change initiatives targeting automatisation of credit processes for unsecured lending at a digital Bank prior to joining 421.
When Daniel is not working he is a passionate boat owner, sailing through the winds with a great joy.
Furthermore, Daniel has been working as a volunteer in the Swedish Sea Rescue Society (Sjöräddningssällska pet).

Elin Holmqvist is a newly graduated master student with experience in Technical/ Customer Support, focusing on digitalised solutions at a leading Swedish bank and Business Intelligence. Elin has experience also in project management as she has been involved as an event coordinator for a football tournament and been active in multiple student organisations.
During her spare time, Elin loves being out in the nature either climbing, snowboarding or sailing and when given the opportunity, travelling and exploring the world.

Linda Wigholm has an extensive background in the banking sector, leading and driving change in challenging areas with a strong focus on holistic thinking to add value by bringing together strategy, design and delivery to solve complex problems and transform organisations into the future. Furthermore, Linda is passionate about continuous improvements, innovations, and having the ability to execute and drive sustainable change.
Prior to 421, Linda held various position in one of the major Swedish banks as e.g. Head of Branch Concept and leading digital transformation projects and ways of working.
During her spare time Linda loves skiing. When there is no snow, she spends time with family and friends, preferably in Gotland.

Sebastian Nordli has a background in both fast paced and high growth industry disruptors in the financial sector particularly in asset management. He has experience in working and leading teams, as well as being involved in process development, analysis, financial instruments, analysis of regulatory requirements and AML risk management.
A big part of his spare time is spent on investing and trading financial securities, mainly stocks.
A part from trading, Sebastian enjoys football, both playing and watching. Once in a while when there is time he likes travelling to new destinations.
