Carl Johan Molander is a former Project Manager from Ålandsbanken. Carl Johan has a strong background from the banking industry with experience from both back- and front office roles before taking on the Project Manager role. Carl Johan has gathered experience and developed a profound knowledge about processes within capital markets and retail banking. Most recently he has held a number of project management roles within IT implementation projects and process and cost optimization. On a personal note he is a golf enthusiast and have an addiction for alpine skiing.
Eric Sävenfalk has a background from both banking & the insurance industry. Most recently he has gained profound knowledge of AML & CTF operations whilst helping to develop a transaction monitoring unit at one of the largest banks in the Nordics. In his spare time Eric enjoys playing Padel and travelling.
Filip Elam has a Master of Science and Engineering in Industrial Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has worked in the finance and IT industries during his studies. In his spare time he enjoys cultural activities and learning new things.
