Rudolf has a vast background split evenly between finance and e-health, with 10-12 years of experience in each field. His journey has taken him through a variety of roles as project and product management, from positions in large banks to interim management roles in Cloud Operations on the supplier side. He’s led projects, conducted investigative work, developed new services, and managed lending and security systems.
His passion lies in being deeply involved in projects from start to finish. At 421, he found the perfect environment to challenge himself and grow both personally and professionally, as working in a smaller organization allows him to make a significant impact, which he finds very fulfilling.
Outside of work, he keeps busy with a variety of activities; boating, family time, cooking or learning more about wine och whiskey. Additionally, he enjoys playing racket sports such as squash, tennis and padel.
