Cecilia Guthreus

Cecilia started her journey in banking at age 21 and have since then navigated through the dynamic industry, from treasury and cash management to operational leadership roles in clearing & settlement, and business development. Her tenure includes extensive experience as an interim manager, where I’ve developed a broad skill set and a deep understanding of both the specific and broader challenges of the banking world.

Cecilia believe that understanding and integrating regulations into business processes is not just a necessity but an exciting challenge that keeps her on her toes. Being forward-thinking and maintaining a humble approach towards our clients’ unique needs are key to not just responding to the present but also preparing for the future.

Outside of work, she finds relaxation in cooking. She is also passionate about skincare, often sharing her insights and reviews with magazines. Family time is something really precious to Cecilia as it grounds her and gives her a lot of joy.
