Juliana has extensive experience in banking, where she worked with several key processes related to mutual traded funds. This provided her with the opportunity to gain expertise in areas such as transaction monitoring and external account maintenance related to AML/KYC. She learned how to identify market and organizational needs and streamline various processes, which sparked a new interest in requirements. Since then, she has focused on understanding requirements principles and has become certified as a requirements engineer.
Outside of work, Juliana is usually surrounded with the company of her family and friends enjoying good food, or she is enjoying quality time with herself by laying puzzles, cooking, exercising or watching old school mobster films.
