Wietse Kuipers

With over a decade of experience in Sweden and a big passion for payments, Wietse brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to our consultancy.

Originally from The Hague in the Netherlands, Wietse has been living and working in Sweden for 11 years. His journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Amsterdam, followed by a Master’s in Uppsala. Wietse launched his career in 2016 as a management consultant at EY, where he became an expert in banking and financial services. Later in 2020, he joined Paynova (now Sileon), diving deeper into payments as a Key Account Manager, focusing on client management and business development.

When Wietse isn’t helping our clients navigate the payments landscape, you can find him running long-distance races like the Stockholm Marathon or Göteborgsvarvet. He’s also working on a fun side project together with a friend: creating their own soda.
