Erik Rappestad

Erik has an academic background in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Management. Prior to joining 421, he worked for key financial players, including Aspia, Nordea, Allianz, and Danske Bank, supporting them with valuation, M&A, financing, and strategic projects. He has also been part of the Nova Talent network since 2023.

Driven by an interest in both technology and economics, Erik tackles complex challenges by working closely with clients, especially in major banks’ technology and infrastructure areas.

Erik contributes with his experience from high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, his teamwork mindset, and his ability to break down complex challenges.
